DOUBLE-Z Degreaser & Cleaner — 5 liter

A high-concentration alkaline liquid cleaner containing a blend of active surfactants and water-soluble solvents, giving it exceptional ability to break down the chemical bonds of fats and oils and convert them into an emulsion that is easy to rinse away with water.

Used to remove grease and fat from preparation tables, floors, ceilings, and walls, as well as in areas where grease accumulates such as filters. Also used for cleaning kitchen cookware (casseroles) and all butchery tools, particularly saws and meat-cutting machines.

Usage Instructions and Dilution Ratios

Double-Z works with high efficiency when diluted with water; the ratio depends on the degree of soiling:

• Light soiling 1:20 or 1:30 for routine cleaning of floors and surfaces.
• Moderate soiling 1:10 for removing daily oils in kitchens.
• Heavy soiling 1:1 or 1:2 for accumulated grease, engines, and extractor filters.

How to Use for Best Results:

1. Spray the diluted solution on the surface to be cleaned.
2. Leave for 3 to 5 minutes to react with the grease (do not allow it to dry completely).
3. Scrub with a brush or rough sponge if necessary.
4. Rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water.

The product is completely safe for use on stainless steel (such as kitchen sinks, tables, and stoves) provided the following is observed:

• Thorough Rinsing: Ensure all product residue is removed with water after cleaning.
• No Prolonged Soaking: Avoid leaving the concentrated product on metal for extended periods without rinsing.
• Note: As an alkaline cleaner, it is ideal for stainless steel, but exercise caution on untreated aluminum for extended periods as it may cause color fading (test on a small area first in the case of aluminum).

Warnings and First Aid:

Eyes: Rinse immediately with water for at least 15 minutes.
